Career Guidance & Placement Cell :
The college has a “Career Guidance & Place ment Cell" headed by a senior faculty member. It provides valuable information of career opportunities. the Cell endeavors to orient the students on how to prepare for competitive examination and acquire soft skills required to face interviews. Keeping this in mind, the cell regularly organizes several career management programmers and campus interviews for interested students, every year. Our students have been placed in organizations of national repute. The college is proud to have several students holding positions in many reputed national and multinational corporate organizations.
Spots & Games :
The college has to its credit many victories on the sports front. for over a decade, our students are “University champions in Volleyball & kabaddi for many consecutive years.
Computer Lab :
The college has a well-equipped lab, with more than 30 terminals, allowing all students to gain needed experience to cope with the information technology needs of the job market. The Computer lab is fully air conditioned for the benefit of the students.
Library & information Centre :
The library of the college has about 15,000 titles & a variety of useful and reputed journals and magazines. It has an ‘E-Library’ which enables students to access thousands journals and magazines. The Computerization of library is under process and we are introducing ‘E-Library’ which enables students to access thousands of additional publications.
National Service Scheme (NSS) :
The two NSS units of the college periodically takes up special projects with a view to help villagers in select villages of Nagamangala Tq. These projects have drawn much praises from various authorities, observers and villagers. Universities have reserved seats in post graduate studies for students who actively participate in NSS activities of colleges. The many of our students have got seats for higher studies on the basis of their participation in NSS. One of the officers has received THE BEST NSS OFFICER award from the University of Mysore.
Cultural Forum :
The college has given special importance for all round development of the students by providing ample opportunities to exhibit their talent. We also conduct state level inter-collegiate competitions in debate and Janapadageethe & other literary events every year.
